Hanson Mold prides itself on being a full service mold and die manufacturing plant. Hanson Mold specializes in production and prototype tooling for a wide variety of parts and industries. We offer complete engineering, die design, construction, sampling, and inspection of zinc, magnesium and aluminum die cast dies, as well as custom plastic injection molds, compression molds, transfer, and RIM molds.

Using our state-of-the-art equipment and engineering/design software, our teammates are committed to providing the die cast and plastic industry with the finest, most efficiently designed, high quality, long lasting tooling in the industry. From small, multi-cavity dies to large, single-cavity tooling with complex slides, Hanson Mold ensures you a "World Class Tool".

Our campus consists of a die manufacturing facility along side our engineering/design department, offices, and a separate die cast sampling facility. Located in beautiful St. Joseph, Michigan on the lake, we are centrally located to the great Midwest and only a few hours by highway to Chicago, Detroit, or Indianapolis. Our superior logistics provide our shipping/receiving department with easy access to interstate highway, rail, and air transportation helping to meet our customer delivery needs wherever they may be in this ever changing global market.
