In-House Die Cast Sampling
Hanson Mold differentiates itself from our competition with our own in house die cast sampling facility. This
gives our customers the convenience and cost savings of seeing castings from their new or refurbished dies
before they are shipped. The finished part can then be 100% inspected to part print and/or used to setup
casting machining centers. By utilizing Hanson Moldīs in-house sampling, any changes a customer
may desire can be incorporated into the die before shipment. The result is the customer receiving their
desired tool to their specifications at their facility with no repetitive shipping charges.
In either our 600 Ton or 1600 Ton HPM Castmaster die cast machines, we can accommodate a wide variety of types and sizes of dies for your casting needs. We can sample your Hanson built dies using a variety of aluminum alloys. All dies sampled at Hanson Mold are controlled with our process monitoring software.
If you have specific production process parameters you would like us to duplicate, our knowledgeable NADCA trained staff is more than willing and able to meet your specific production needs. This assists in providing defect free castings for your inspection or machining needs. If this is a first generation tool, we can calculate the most efficient process numbers for sampling your tool and provide this information for your production department.
