We build your tool efficiently, using state of the art technology and machining.Manufacturing
As a tooling leader, we place a strong emphasis on training, through our apprenticeship program and cross-training, to maximize our depth of talent. Our manufacturing teammates have experience ranging from 1st year apprentice to more than 40 year journeymen. All of this is to provide our customers with world-class tooling and support services.
Sampling & Tryout
In-house sampling with 600 - 1600 ton machines. We can provide sample parts for inspection & troubleshooting of dies we build.Sampling & Tryout
Our in-house die cast sampling facility offers both convenience and cost-savings, as any desired changes may be incorporated into the die before shipment. That means no sampling in your production work cells, plus reduced lead-time and shipping costs. Hanson Mold can accommodate a wide variety of dies in our 600-ton and 1,600-ton HPM Castmaster die cast machines.
Quality Verification
We build quality into your tooling at every step; 100-percent casting inspection insures dimensionally accurate dies and components.Quality Verification
By utilizing the latest laser scanning, CMM machines, and software, Hanson Mold’s inspection teammates are able to check electrodes, cavity steel, and final parts against the original CAD models developed in the design process. At Hanson Mold, we continue to develop our quality programs, ensuring that each department remains in compliance with the latest ISO requirements.
Our Capability Portfolio
Over the past 50 years, our long running dies have produced dimensionally accurate castings and plastics components across a wide spectrum of industries.
